| 摘 要： | 目的 通过了解医院医务人员健康及工作状况，提出相应的预防保健对策。方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷，对北京某三甲综合医院医务人员2423人进行健康及工作状况调查，并进行统计学分析。结果 调查对象总患病率（包括异常指标）为74.0%，颈腰椎病是最主要的疾病；调查对象的用餐、睡眠、体育锻炼、休闲娱乐情况不佳；调查对象工作超负荷，压力大。讨论 调查对象的健康状况堪忧，工作积极性急需提高。建议 医务人员自身提高健康意识；为医务人员创造良好的工作环境；社会对医务人员理解和支持。 |

| Abstract: | A relevant countermeasure for disease prevention and health care is put forward after the situations of medical staff health and their working conditions are known.The writer investigated the situations of 2,423 medical staff members' health and their working conditions in a Third-A comprehensive hospital in Beijing by means of self-designed questionnaire and made statistic analysis.The result shows that the total prevalence(including the abnormal index) of the investigated is 74.0%,and cervical and lumbar ... |
