| 摘 要： | 目的： 实施优质护理服务为护理学科的发展探索新的方法和途经。方法： 选择我院神经骨外科实施优质护理服务示范病房前后一年的17名护士综合素养及护理质量、服务效果对比分析。结果： 实施优质护理服务能快速提升护士综合素养，提升专科护理质量内涵。 |
