2005-2012年广西横县城乡居民食用碘盐监测结果分析

摘    要:
目的了解广西人口数量较多的县份之一的横县城乡居民近8年食用碘盐状况,为持续消除碘缺乏病及防治工作的决策提供科学依据。方法根据《食盐卫生标准》要求进行随机抽样检测,2005-2012年每年在全县9个乡镇36个行政村每村随机抽取8户居民家中的食用盐样品1份。结果 8年中总共抽取和检测居民家中食用盐样品共2316份,其中合格碘盐2203份,不合格碘盐93份,非碘盐20份,碘盐合格率为95.95%,该县8年城乡居民碘盐覆盖率为99.14%,合格碘盐食用率为95.12%。结论该县在过去8年检测证实居民合格碘盐食用率已经均达到2010年全国合格碘盐食用率≥90%的目标。

Abstract:
Objective To understanding the Guangxi population of a large number of one of the county's Hengxian county urban and rural residents in the past eight years consumption of iodized salt conditions and provide a scientific basis for the sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disorders and the prevention and treatment decisions. Methods According to "salt hygiene standards" required get sampling, nine townships in the county administrative villages in each of 36 randomly selected eight families of residents get salt sample 1 in each year from 2005 to 2012. Results The extraction and detection edible salt samples of a total of 2 316 from residents of the home in eight years and total qualified iodized salt were 2 203 and there were 93 samples unqualified iodized salt and 20 samples non-iodized salt, the iodized salt pass rate of 95.95%, file urban and rural residents of the county iodized salt coverage ratio was 99.14% and qualified iodized salt was 95.12% in the past eight years. Conclusion The county detected confirmed that the residents qualified rate of iodized salt has reached the 2010 national qualified iodized salt rate≥90% target in the past eight years.
