| 摘 要： | 目的观察曲美他嗪对冠心病行介入治疗术后心绞痛患者的疗效。方法冠心病行介入治疗术后再发心绞痛患者88例,随机分为常规治疗组(44例)和曲美他嗪组(44例),随访12周比较两组心绞痛发作频率、程度、持续时间及硝酸甘油用量。结果治疗组心绞痛发作频率、程度及持续时间均较常规治疗组明显减少,差异有统计学意义。结论常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗冠脉介入术后心绞痛安全有效,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of trimetazidine on angina in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Method8 88 patients of reangina treated with PCI were divied randomly into routine therapy group （44cases） and trimetazidine group （44cases）, and were followed up for 12 weeks on angina frequency, angina degree, angina duration and consumption of nitroglycero. Reaults Angina frequency, degree, duration and need of nitroglycero were all significantly reduced in trimetazidine group compared to routine therapy group （p〈0. 05）. Conclusions The clinical effects are significantly improved by trimetazidine based on routine therapy for treating reangina patients with PCI. |
