摘    要:PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号传导通路是哺乳动物细胞内非常重要的信号传导通路之一,它通过影响其下游多种效应分子的活化状态,发挥在细胞内抑制凋亡、促进增殖的作用.最新研究表明PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号传导通路与包括肝癌、结肠癌、肺癌、乳腺癌等多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,且PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号传导通路的研究在肿瘤的治疗中同样发挥着重要的作用.因此文章将PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路的组成、分子机制、功能、及其在肿瘤治疗中的应用前景等方面的研究进展作一综诉.

Abstract:PI3K/Akt/mTOR signal transduction pathway is very important signal transduction pathway in mammalian cells,through its effect on the downstream effector molecules in the activated state,played in the intracellular inhibition of apoptosis,promoting proliferation. The new research shows that the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signal transduction pathway is closely related to liver cancer,colon cancer,lung cancer,breast cancer and other tumors occurrence and development,and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signal transduction pathways also plays an important role in tumor treatment. So I mad this atticle to comprehensive the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway components,molecular mechanism,function,and application in the aspects of in tumor treatment prospects research progress.
