大连市2009-2011年医院消毒效果监测

目的 了解大连市各级医院消毒与灭菌质量,为控制医院感染管理提供依据.方法 采用现场抽样检测方法,对医院不同对象的消毒与灭菌效果进行检测.结果 2009-2011年连续3年监测,共采集样品1 786份,总合格率为86.84％.不同监测对象中,室内空气监测合格率为76.76％,物体表面合格率90.03％,医务人员手合格率78.50％,使用中消毒剂合格率100.00％,灭菌物品合格率100.00％,压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果合格率100.00％.结论 各级医院消毒与灭菌质量合格率呈现上升趋势,但医院室内空气、医院污水及医护人员手合格率较低,消毒与灭菌质量还有待提高.

The monitoring results of disinfection in medicalinstitutions ofdalian in 2009-2011

Objective Investigated the quality of disinfection and sterilization in the hospital in the city of dalian to provide a basis for the management of hospital infection. Methods Examine the disinfection and sterilization condition of the hospitals. Results A total of 1 786 samples were collected during the 3-year monitoring from 2009 to 2011; the total qualifi ed rate was 86.84 percent. Among the different monitoring objects, the qualifi ed rate of room air was76.76 percent, the surface of was 90.03 percent, the hands of medical personnel was 78.50 percent, the used disinfectants was100.00percent, sterilization items was 100.00 percent, the effect of pressure steam sterilizer sterilization was 97.92 percent. Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization quality in the hospitals has increased, but the room air, sewage in hospital and the hands of hospital medical staff was low comparatively, the quality of disinfection and sterilization yet to be improved.
