慢性萎缩性胃炎与HP相关性研究

目的了解HP与慢性萎缩性胃炎的发生发展是否存在关系。方法收集101例慢性萎缩性胃炎门诊病例,从证型、症状、病理、舌象等多角度,对CAG与HP的相关性进行研究。结果本研究发现HP感染是造成CAG发生的重要致病因素之一,同时也可能是导致CAG发生恶变的重要原因之一。舌诊可作为HP感染的初筛手段。HP是一种湿热病邪。湿热的环境更有利于HP的感染和生存。结论 HP与慢性萎缩性胃炎存在一定关联性。
