| 摘 要： | 目的分析护理工作中涉及的法律问题并探讨管理对策。方法对涉及法律问题的相关因素进行分析,探讨主动防范护理纠纷的对策。结果加强法制与安全意识,健全规章制度,强化质量控制网络与方法,可有效减少法律问题的发生。结论遵循PDCA管理是行之有效的对策。

| Abstract: | Objective To Analyze the potential legal problems involving in nursing and explore the management strategies.Method The factors related to legal problems were analyzed and the prevention countermeasures of medical accident and disputes were explored and discussed.Results Strengthening the nurses' consciousness of law and safety,modifying various regulations and rules,enforcing the system and means of quality control could effectively reduce legal problems.Conclusion PDCA mode was one of the effective management countermeasures to prevent legal problems. |
