2005年南京市22家医院循环系统药物利用分析

目的 评价南京市2005年循环系统药物利用情况及发展趋势，为该类药物的研究、生产、销售和临床应用提供参考。方法 对22家医院上年度的循环系统购药信息，从用药金额和用药频度（DDDs）两方面进行排序。结果 2005年22家医院循环系统用药总额已达2．11亿元，较2004年增长了25．7％。络活喜在用药金额排序中位居第一，而硝苯地平则在DDDs排序中名列榜首。在金额排名前列中主要包括CCB、ACEI、硝酸酯类产品，而在DDDs排名前列中还增加了复方降压药物。周围血管扩张药、防治心绞痛药及钙拮抗剂三个亚类用量占整个大类用药金额的68．5％。结论 随着我国经济的迅速发展，循环系统药物的市场需求潜力巨大，传统中药制剂在这一领域的开发和应用尤其值得关注。

Analysis on Circulatory Systemic Drugs Used in 22 Hospitals of Nanjing in 2005

ABSTRACT: AIM To evaluate the current situation and developing trend of consumption of circulatory systemic drugs used in 22 hospitals of Nanjing in 2005, so as to provide information for the research, production, sale and clinical application of these drugs. METHODS According to the orders of sum and Defined Daily Dose(DDDs) in 2005, the pop circulatory systemic drugs used in 22 hospitals were analysed. RESULTS The total annual cost of the Circulatory Systemic drugs used in 22 hospitals has been 211 million yuan in 2005, which increased 25.7% compared to last year. Norvasc made in Pfizer was the first in the column of sum of all brand products, then nifedipine was the first in the column of DDDs. The CCB, ACEI and Nitrate esters were all on the top of sum and DDDs columns, besides reserpine was also in DDDs. The aggregate consumption sum of peripheral vasodilating agents ,prevention and cure anginal agents and Calcium Channel Blockers consisted 68.5% of the total cost. CONCLUSION With the rapid development of our social economics, the market requirement is enormous for the Circulatory Systemic agents, especially the traditional medicines worth paying more attention.
