赶山鞭的化学成分分析Ⅱ

摘    要:目的:对赶山鞭的化学成分进行分析。方法:用色谱技术分离,根据理化性质和IR,NMR,MS等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离并鉴定出9个化合物。分别为4-羟基苯甲酸(1),6,9-dihydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one(2),丁醇-O-α-D-果糖苷(3),24-ethyl-cholest-7-ene-3β,5α,6-βtriol(4),已醇(5),1β,6α-二羟基桉烷-4(14)-烯(6),β-谷甾醇(7),5,5-二甲基-4-羟基-四氢呋喃-2-酮(8),β-胡萝卜苷(9)。结论:均为首次从该植物中分到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the constituents of Hypericum attenatum. METHOD: The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, the structures were identified by their physical, chemical properties and IR, NMR and MS spectral data respectively. RESULT: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid (1), 6, 9-dihydroxy-4, 7-megastigmadien-3-one (2), butyl alcohol-O-alpha-D-fructoside (3), 24-ethyl-cholest-7-ene-3 beta, 5 alpha, 6 beta-thtroil (4), hexanol (5), 1 beta, 6 alpha-dihydroxyeudesmane-4(14)-ene (6), beta-sitosterol (7), 5, 5-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-tetrahydrofuran-2-one (8), beta-daucosterol (9). CONCLUSION: All of the compounds were isolated from H. attenuatum for the first time.
