260例家长对儿童疫苗接种的犹豫态度及其影响因素

 采用儿童疫苗接种家长态度问卷（Parent Attitudes About Childhood Vaccines，PACV）对复旦大学附属儿科医院疫苗接种门诊的260例家长进行调查，并探索其影响因素。结果 显示PACV平均得分（11.42±2.63）分（满分30分），其中家长经济条件与犹豫程度成负相关，孩子有无基础疾病与其成正相关（P<0.05），上海地区的家长犹豫程度低于其他地区的家长（P<0.05）。其中，近一半的家长对儿童疫苗接种发生过延迟，而且有不同比例的家长对疫苗接种的安全性、不良反应、疫苗效果和获得的疫苗信息等多个方面表现出犹豫态度。医务人员应针对这些问题进行强化教育，促进公众对疫苗接种的正确认知和信任。

A study on parental hesitation attitudes and influence factors about childhood vaccination in 260 cases

A total of 260 parents were investigatedby using Parent Attitudes About Childhood Vaccines (PACV) invaccine clinic of Children's Hospital of Fudan University.The results showedthat the average score of vaccine hesitancy was 11.42±2.63 (full score:30),and it was negatively correlated with parents' economic conditions while positively correlated with children's underlying diseases (P<0.05).Besides,the parents in Shanghai were less hesitant than those in other cities.Among 260 parents,nearly half had delayed the childhood vaccination,and some of them had worries on vaccine safety,adverse reactions,efficacy and information received.Medical staff should provide more professional education and promote the trust of parents on vaccination.
