人胎幽门括约肌内NOS阳性神经元发育的研究

摘    要:
用NADPH-d组织化学法对第3个月龄至足月(10个月胎龄)人胎幽门括约肌内NOS阳性神经元的发育进行了观察。结果显示:第5个月胎龄时,肌间神经节处的圆形细胞中部分细胞出现较弱的NOS阳性反应。第6个月胎龄时,该处圆形细胞NOS阳性反应增强,并分化形成梭形NOS阳性神经细胞,部分细胞呈条索状排列向内环肌层方向延伸,有的到达粘膜下层。第7个月胎龄时,肌间神经节细胞胞体明显增大,细胞数增加,胞质增多,

Abstract:
By using histochemical method of NADPH diaphorse, the development of the NOS positive neurons in the pyloric sphincter from third month to full term human fetus were studied. The results showed: At fifth month of the gestation, the weak nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive reaction appeared in the round cell of intermuscular ganglion. The staining intensity of the cytoplasm increased at sixth month. The round cells differentiated fusiform of NOS positive nerve cells, a part of which extended as funicular form from the intermuscular ganglion to inner circular muscle layer. Some of the cell groups reached the submucosa. At the seventh month, the bodies of NOS positive neuron were obviously enlarged, the numbers of ganglion cell were increased, the amount and the staining intensity of the cytoplasm were also increased in the intermuscular ganglion. The processes of NOS positive nerve cell lengthened. NOS positive nerve fibers were seen in the muscle layer and submucosa. At eighth to tenth month, the staining intensity of the cell bodies and the nerve fibers of NOS positive neuron in the pyloric sphincter were further increased. The muscle layer was densely distributed by NOS positive nerve cell bodies, whereas the submucosa contained only a few neurons. The density of the distribution of NOS positive nerve fibers was highest in the muscle layer, higher in the basal part of the mucosa, and lower in the submucous layer. The developmental rule of NOS positive neurons in the pylorgic sphincter of human fetus was demonstrated in this work. [
