老年人视杆与视锥系统闪光视网膜电图的研究

目的应用闪光视网膜电图（flash—electroretinogram,F—ERG）了解随着年龄的增长,正常人视网膜视杆和视锥两系统功能学上的变化特点。方法113例（192眼）20岁至75岁经检查无眼科疾病的正常人进行标准ERG检测,着重分析暗视视杆和明视30HZ闪烁光反应的变化特点。结果老年前期组和老年组暗视视杆反应的b波幅值比青年组分别降低20．98％和43．97％,而在明视闪烁光反应仅比青年组分别降低3．28％和7．46％。暗视视杆和明视闪烁光反应的b波幅值与年龄均呈线性负相关关系,暗视视杆反应的回归系数的绝对值大于明视30HZ反应。结论随着年龄的增长,视杆系统功能哀退的速度快于视锥系统。老年人更需注意暗视功能下降带来的危害。

Age-related changes of electroretinograms of cone and rod system in the elderly

Objective To investigate aging-related changes of the rod system and cone system function of the normal retina by flash-electroretinography （F-ERG）. Methods Standard electroretinograms （ERGs） were recorded in 192 eyes of 113 normal volunteers （age range 20 - 75 years old） with no ophthalmologic disease. Dark-adapted rod ERGs and lightadapted 30HZ flicker ERGs were analyzed. Results The amplitudes of scotopic rod response of the presenium and older age-groups decreased by 20.98 % and 43.97%, respectively. Compared with the young group, they were only 3.28% and 7.46 % in 30HZ flicker response. The amptlitudes of b-wave in both Dark-adapted rod ERGs and light-adapted 30HZ flicker ERGs were negatively and linearly correlated with age. The absolute value of regression coefficient of Dark-adapted rod ERGs was much hither than that of 30HZ flicker ERGs. Conelusion The function of the rod system is more vulnerable to age than that of the cone system. The elderty people should be more aware of risks from decreased scotopic function.
