安瓿药液的两种抽吸方法与药液微粒污染量的相关性

摘    要:笔者参照“安部置于桌面抽药法”设计了“安颌底部抽药法”,并与“常规抽药法”对引入药液微粒之关系进行了对比研究。分析显示:“常规抽药法”与一安颌底部抽药法”引入药液的微粒数具有显著性差异,“安部底部抽药法”引入药液的微粒数少。分析抽药过程,笔者认为:(1)常规抽药法需不断改变安部与水平面的夹角,当安领倒置时,附着在安瓶颈口内壁的微粒浸没于药液,造成药液微粒数增多。(2)安瓶底部抽药法是减少引入药液微粒的有效方法。(3)建议静脉供药时,10ml以上的安部使用注射液滤过器抽药或加药。

Abstract:The relationship of the two methods of drawing drugs from the ampule and the amount ofcontaminated drug particles was studied. The results showed that the amount of drug particlesdrawn from the ampule with different methods were significantly different- After comparing theprocess of drawing drug, the authors concluded: (1 )The intersection angle of the ampule and theinjection level were changed when the routine method of drawing drug was used. And when theampule was inverted,the particles adhering to the wall of the ampule neck was submerged by liquor.This was the main reason why the drug particles increased. (2)Drawing drugs in the bottom of theampule was an effective rnethod of reducing contaminated drug particies. (3) lt is suggested thatfilter is used to draw or add drug when the ampule over IO ml is used for intravenous injection.
