| 摘 要： | 探讨食管静脉曲张内镜下治疗的护理及配合问题。各类病因所致之食管静脉曲张44例，曲张程度为重度34例，中度8例，轻度2例，采用内镜下橡皮圈套扎治疗23冽，硬化注射治疗13例，硬化加套扎联合治疗5冽，平均治疗3次。治疗后复查静脉曲张重度为O、中度9例、轻度27例、完全消失8例，其中治疗后显著改善29例、轻度降低11例、无改变4例。本文对于本项技术的术前准备、术中配合、术后护理以及患者的心理护理等方面进行了讨论。结果提示：内镜下治疗食管静脉曲张是一种安全有效的方法，围手术期护理是保证治疗顺利成功的重要工作。

| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to investigate the assistance and nursing problems during endoscopicprocedure for esophageal varices. Forty-four patients with esophageal varices caused by different diseases weretreated by endoscopy. The degree of varices were severe in 34 cases, midium in 8 cases and mild in 2 cases- Themethods used included endoscopic varices ligation in 23 cases,endoscopic varices injection in l3 cases and combinedtherapy in 5 cases. After treatment no severe varices were found in the patients, among them 29 had remarkableimprovement in the degree of varices, ll partial improvement and only 4 had no change in their condition- The papera1so discusses the problems of preparation, assistance, post -procedure management and psychotherapy- The resultsindicate that:endoscopic therapy for esophageal varices is a safe and effective method. Perioperative nursing is a veryimportant measure for the success of the procedure- |
