实施护士长任期量化考评的分析探讨

通过对护士长政治思想、职业道德、学历资格、业务水平、开展新业务能力、成果论文、工作计划的实施和护理质量八项内容进行个人述职、答辩、民意测评的形式．对护士长作任期量化考评管理，经过综合分析，作出“优秀、称职、基本称职和不称职”的评价，收到了良好的效果。实践证明，量化考评增强了护士长的工作责任心与竞争意识，提高了其管理、业务、科研及教学能力，对提高护理队伍整体素质和业务水平起到了积极作用。
