实施护士长任期量化考评的分析探讨

摘    要:
通过对护士长政治思想、职业道德、学历资格、业务水平、开展新业务能力、成果论文、工作计划的实施和护理质量八项内容进行个人述职、答辩、民意测评的形式.对护士长作任期量化考评管理,经过综合分析,作出“优秀、称职、基本称职和不称职”的评价,收到了良好的效果。实践证明,量化考评增强了护士长的工作责任心与竞争意识,提高了其管理、业务、科研及教学能力,对提高护理队伍整体素质和业务水平起到了积极作用。

Abstract:
According to the head nurses' report reply and medical ekpert's evaluation on their political stand. occupation morality, qualification, professional standard, the ability of developing new professional projects , academic thesis,carrying out plans and nursing quality, the head nurse is assessed as excellent good, fit and failed. It is a synthetical assessment which can increase the head nurses' sense of responsibility and concept of competition,and improve the ability of management, profession, teaching and researching simutaneously, all nurses' quality and professional level will be improved greatly.
