| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the protein expression level of DOG1 and Ki67,p53 in differrent biological aggressive risk of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST) and potentially clinical significance.Method The expressions of DOG1 and Ki67,p53 were analyzed by immunohistochemical staining method in 86 cases of GIST and 20 cases of no-GIST.At the same time,the relationship between GIST and no-GIST was compared.Results Positive percentages for DOG1,Ki67,and p53 were 97.7%,58.8% and 47.7% respectively in 86 cases o... |
