摘    要:目的建立HPLC法测定江西省省内粗叶木药材中车叶草苷含量。方法采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.25%磷酸水溶液,检测波长为240nm,柱温为15℃.流速为1mL·min^-1。结果粗叶木药材中车叶草苷在0.004~0.2g.L^-1内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.67%,3种粗叶木药材茎中车叶草苷含量均高于根中车叶草苷的含量。结论该测定方法快速简便、结果可靠,重现性好,可用于粗叶木药材中车叶草苷的含量研究。

Abstract:AIM To establish a ItPLC method for determination of asperuloside from three species of Lasianthus in Jiangxi province. METHODS A Hypersil ODS - C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm) was adopted as stationary phase, acetonitrile -0.25% phosphoric acid solution (11:89, V/V)was used as mobile phase. The detection wave- length was 240 nm. The flow rates were 1.0 mL. min^-1, and the temperature of column was 15 ℃. RESULTS Aspenllo- side had a good linearity ( r = 0. 999 9) in the range of 0. 004 - 0.2 g.L^-1. The average recovery was 98.67 %. The contents of asperuloside from stems were all higher than those from roots in three different plants. CONCLUSION The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of asperuloside from the plant of Lasianthus .
