| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院临床药学服务的认知度，为有效开展临床药学工作提供方向。方法对我院患者、医师、护士及药师进行问卷调查，发放问卷200份，回收有效问卷194份，对调查结果进行分析。结果调查人群对临床药学服务内容的认识不够清晰；患者、医护人员对药师提出的要求较高，希望对药物信息各取所需。结论医院药师应转变思想，重视对自身专业素质的培养，提高临床药学服务水平。 |

| Abstract: | AIM To investigate the cognition on clinical pharmaceutical service and provide guidance for exploring the pharmacists＇ mode of service in hospital. METHODS A questionnaire investigation was conducted among patients, doctors, nurses and pharmacists in our hospital.Two hundred questionnaires were distributed, 194 were returned actually which were then analyzed. RESULTS There was a blurred recognition of knowledge about clinical pharmaceutical service. Higher demands from patients and medical staffs who desired to know diversified drug information were made on pharmacists. CONCLUSION Pharmacists should change the mind and pay attention to the cultivation of their expertise ability so as to provide better clinical pharmaceutical services. |
