临床药师的认知度和需求情况调研

目的研究临床药师的认知度和需求情况。方法采用问卷调查的方法，分别对医务人员、患者、临床药学及药学本科生进行随机问卷调查，统计分析数据。结果共发出1300份问卷，其中针对医务人员的500份调查问卷，回收479份，回收率95．8％。调查显示68．82％医务人员认为很有必要听临床药师的意见，66．67％医护人员认为临床药师有必要加强药物经济学知识。针对患者的500份调查问卷，回收481份，回收率96．2％。调查显示56．84％患者主动向药师咨询相关用药问题。针对学生的300份问卷，回收291份，回收率97％。调查显示90．32％学生认为临床药师工作主要是血药浓度监测与指导临床用药，42％学生首选医院为就业对象。结论医务人员对临床药师的需求较迫切，主要在药物经济学指导方面；临床药师工作包括提供药品信息、药物不良反应监测、用药咨询及药物经济学分析等；临床药师工作中除与患者有效沟通外，还需注意与医护人员的沟通协作。

Investigation on cognition and demand of clinical pharmacists

AIM To investigate the cognition and demand of clinical pharmacists. METHODS The questionnaire survey was randomly used to medical staffs, patients and undergraduates majored in pharmacy and clinical pharmacy. All the data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 software. RESULTS One thousand and three hundred questionnaires were sent out including 500 aimed at medical staffs, 500 aimed at patients and 300 aimed at undergraduates. In medical staffs questionnaires 479 were taken back, the recovery rate was 95.8%. This part of investigation showed 68.82% residents thought it was necessary to follow the advice of clinical pharmacists and 66.67 % medical staffs hoped clinical pharmacists enhanced pharmacoeconomic knowledge. In patients questionnaires 481 were taken back, the recovery rate was 96.2%.It was indicated that 56.84% patients wanted to consult clinical pharmacists. In undergraduates questionnaires 291 were taken back, the recovery rate was 97%. It was observed that 90.32% undergraduates considered the main task of clinical pharmacists was therapeutic drug monitoring and direction of clinical medication, 42% preferred hospitals as their first choice to face the employment. CONCLUSION Large quantities of chnical pharmacists were demanded in hospitals at present, especially on pharmacoeconomic. The main task of clinical pharmacists was providing the drugs information, adverse drugs reaction monitoring, drugs consultation and phammcoeconomic analyses etc. It is essential for clinical pharmacists to communicate with not only patients but also doctors and nurses.
