| Abstract: | Transurethral anatomical enucleation of traditional transurethral resection of prostate （TURP） prostate （TUAEP） integrates advantages of open prostatectomy and Overturning the traditional concept of transurethral surgery, it greatly optimizes conventional TURP. This paper elaborates on the surgical philosophy, methods and techniques, perioperative prepa- ration, complications, and the expansion and promotion of this procedure. |
