摘    要:将"以问题为导向的教学模式(PBL)"引入医学教育是教育国际化的必然趋势,也是培养具有国际竞争力的高级医学人才的必要手段。在长学制医学生基础医学教育阶段融入PBL教学理念,有效的刺激了学生的学习兴趣、提高了同学们探索学习能力,在培养学生的创新思维以及团队合作精神方面取得了良好的效果,但是,仍然有一些问题值得注意。
