| 摘 要： | 研究生教育是一个国家最高层次的教育,我国在数十年的探索中得到了巨大的发展和进步。然而,目前我国的医学研究生教育体系与国际同类培养机构相比仍有较大的差距,人才培养与社会需求之间存在明显脱节。本文就医学研究生教育面临的问题进行一些初步的剖析,并以临床专业型研究生培养为例,对未来研究生教育改革的前景进行分析和展望。
