腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗顽固性腹水临床疗效评价

目的观察腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗顽固性腹水临床疗效。方法用WLFHY-500型电脑腹水超滤、浓缩回输系统对多种原因导致的69例顽固性腹水患者进行83例次腹水超滤浓缩后回输腹腔,观察治疗前后患者腹围、尿量、血清中蛋白与电解质水平,治疗中与治疗后生命体征变化与不良反应的发生情况,从而评价其临床疗效与安全性。结果经过腹水浓缩腹腔回输治疗,所有顽固性腹水患者腹水量明显减少,腹围明显减小,尿量增加,血清中蛋白水平增加,血清电解质无明显变化,治疗中与治疗后生命体征平稳,不良反应发生少,住院时间缩短。结论腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输操作简便,是治疗顽固性腹水的安全有效而且经济的理想方法。

Clinical analysis of patients with refractory ascites using reinfusion of concentrated ascites to abdominal cavity
