| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹膜透析患者置管术前焦虑与术后疼痛的关系。方法对70例择期行腹膜透析置管的患者进行一般资料、术前焦虑量表、术后疼痛量表的问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析,以探讨术前焦虑与术后疼痛的关系。结果 70例患者术前有23例（32.9%）存在中度焦虑;15例（21.4%）存在重度焦虑;6例（8.6%）存在非常严重的焦虑。术后有25例（35.7%）遭受中度的疼痛;22例（31.4%）遭受严重的疼痛;7例（10.0%）遭受非常严重的疼痛。术前焦虑与术后疼痛存在中度的正性相关（相关系数r=0.4217）。结论腹膜透析置管患者术前焦虑与术后疼痛存在中度的正性相关,护理人员更应注意和重视患者心理因素对疼痛的影响,有助于针对病人具体的心理问题进行科学的整体护理,以提高护理质量和患者生活质量。 |
