经口鼻内镜明视下小儿腺样体切除术效果分析

目的探讨经口鼻内镜明视下小儿腺样体切除术的临床效果。方法选择40例患者实施常规盲探式腺样体刮除术,并与40例经口鼻内镜明视下腺样体切除术患者比较,统计两组患者术后听力下降、鼻溢、鼻塞、打鼾改善情况以及手术时间、术中出血量。结果手术治疗后观察组听力下降、鼻溢、鼻塞以及打鼾的比率分别为30.0%、7.5%、7.5%和12.5%,其中鼻溢、鼻塞症状较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组手术时间、术中出血量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经口使用鼻内镜治疗切除腺样体,手术时间短,出血量少,有效的避免了副损伤,且临床效果佳,是一种值得推广的方法。

Efficacy analysis of pediatric adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopic through the mouth

Objective To explore the efficacy of nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy by mouth in children.Methods 80 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and each group had 40 cases.The control group was treated with conventional adenoidectomy,and the treatment group was treated with nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy by mouth.Assessed the changes of the postoperative loss hearing,nasal discharge and nasal congestion,snoring improvement,operation time and the amount of bleeding in operation.Results In treatment group,the rate of postoperative loss hearing was 30.0%,and the rate of nasal discharge was 7.5%.The rate of nasal congestion was 7.5%.The rate of snoring improvement was 12.5%.The nasal discharge and nasal congestion of treatment group were improved significantly more than the control group(P < 0.05).There were no significant difference between the two groups of operation time and the amount of bleeding in operation.Conclusion The nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy by mouth can shorten time of operation,reduce bleeding,effectively avoid injury,and have clinical effect.It is worthy to be popularized.
