茶碱缓释片联合吸入布地奈德气雾剂治疗慢性持续性哮喘40例疗效观察

目的探讨茶碱缓释片联合吸入布地奈德气雾剂治疗慢性持续性哮喘临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院慢性持续性哮喘患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予茶碱缓释片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对照组仅给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后PEF改变情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=29.782,P=0.000<0.01);观察组治疗后PEF显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.612,P<0.01)。结论茶碱缓释片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性持续性哮喘效果显著,值得借鉴。

Observation on curative effect of theophylline sustained release tablets combined with budesonide aerosol on 40 cases with chronic persistent asthma patients

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of theophylline sustained release tablets combined with budesonide aerosol on chronic persistent asthma.Methods 80 cases with chronic persistent asthma were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group received theophylline sustained release tablets combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation.The control group was given by inhalation of budesonide.PEF changes was to was observed in two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,difference has statistics significance(x 2 =29.782,P=0.000 < 0.01);The treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment with PEF,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.612,P < 0.01).Conclusion Theophylline sustained-release tablets combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonide on chronic persistent asthma has a significant efficacy and worthy of reference.
