| 摘 要： | 目的评价三种脱敏剂对四种水门汀粘接强度的影响。方法对96个离体牙片进行牙体预备,暴露牙本质,并分别涂用脱敏剂Gluma、SingleBond2、BisBlock,对照组不涂脱敏剂,共四组。用水门汀粘固镍铬合金铸件于脱敏处理后的牙本质表面。根据水门汀的不同每组再分为4小组:聚羧酸锌水门汀组(ZPCC)、玻璃离子水门汀组(GIC)、树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀组(RMGIC)、树脂水门汀(RC)组,每小组6个样本。对所有样本进行剪切实验,记录剪切强度及离断类型。所得剪切强度进行单因素方差分析,离断面类型统计分析采用Pearson’s卡方检验(α=0.05)。结果SingleBond2脱敏剂显著降低ZPCC和GIC的剪切强度(分别下降至对照组的10%和6%),但提高了RMGIC和RC的剪切强度;Gluma和BisBlock提高了RMGIC和RC的剪切强度,虽然轻度降低ZPCC和GIC的剪切强度,但与对照组差别无统计学意义。结论脱敏剂对水门汀粘接强度的影响与其产品成分有关;Gluma和BisBlock脱敏剂可与所有实验中水门汀联合应用;避免SingleBond2和ZPCC、GIC联合应用。
