| 摘 要： | １９９０～１９９３年对全国２４个不同中风发病地区６２万框架人群中４０岁以上的１２万余人进行中风危险因素研究。结果揭示，中风高危个体具有高血压、高血糖、高胰岛素、高Ｃ－肽、肥胖、高载脂蛋白Ｂ、低血糖／胰岛素比值、低血糖／Ｃ－肽比值、低载脂蛋白Ａ１、低载脂蛋白Ａ１／Ｂ比值等特征。这些结果均为胰岛素抵抗的表现。各种中风危险因素通过胰岛素抵抗而联结在一起。

| Abstract: | rom 1990 through 1993, a comparative study on risk factors of stroke was carried out in 120 thousand people over 40-years of age among 620 thousand community peo- ple in 24 areas with different incidence of stroke in China.The results show that high-risk persons are characteristic of insulin resistance which includes hypertension,higher C-peptide, hiperinsulinemia , obese,hyperglycemia,higher apoprotein B,lower blood glucose/insulin ratio,lower blood glucose/C-peptide ratio,lower apoprotein Al and lower apoprotein Al/B ratio.Various risk factors of stroke link together via insulin resistance. |
