姜黄素对大鼠血瘀性脑缺血模型全血黏度、脑匀浆ATP酶及脑组织形态的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨姜黄素对大鼠血瘀性脑缺血模型影响的特点。方法采用注射地塞米松复制血瘀模型,姜黄素混悬液给血瘀模型大鼠连续灌服10d,于第11天给药物后1h,大鼠两侧颈总动脉结扎30min,造脑缺血模型;取血测全血黏度;取大鼠脑,一半脑组织用生理盐水制脑匀浆,测脑匀浆ATP水平;另一半脑组织固定、切片,观察脑组织的病理变化。结果肌肉注射地塞米松可成功复制血瘀模型,结扎双侧颈总动脉可成功复制脑缺血模型。与模型组比较,姜黄素可显著降低血瘀性脑缺血模型全血黏度,显著提高脑匀浆Na+-K+-ATP、Mg2+-ATP、Ca2+-ATP和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性,显著改善模型所致脑神经细胞和胶质细胞的萎缩。结论姜黄素可显著改善大鼠血瘀性脑缺血模型全血黏度和脑匀浆ATP酶及脑组织形态。
