CMCVM26方案治疗32例非小细胞肺癌脑转移疗效观察

目的:评价CMCVM26方案治疗非小细胞肺癌脑转移的临床疗效.方法:对32例非小细胞肺癌伴脑转移的患者用CMCVM26方案进行化疗,观察患者脑部CT和胸片的改变以确定该方案的疗效及毒性反应,同时采用CMCVP16方案化疗25例非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者作为对照组.结果:CMCVM26方案治疗组中,脑部病灶客观有效率53.1%明显高于对照组的24.0%(P=0.027);两组患者化疗后肺部病灶的有效率无明显差异(P=0.849);同时两组毒性反应亦相似.结论:CMCVM26方案是一种有效的治疗非小细胞肺癌脑转移的化疗方案,疗效优于CMCVP16方案.

The clinical efficacy of CMCVM 26 regimen to treat non-small cell lung cancer associated brain metastasis: 32 cases report

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of CMCVM26 regimen to treat brain metastasis with non - small cell lung cancer .Methods:From March 1995 to January 1998, 32 previously untreated patients with brain metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer were tresated by CMCVM26 regimen.25 praients in the control group were treated by CMCVP16 regimen.Results:The CMCVM26 treatment achieved a significantly higher proportion of response rate from brain CT scan compared with the controlgroup (53.1% vs.24.0%, P = 0.027). But there was no significantly difference of response rate between two groups from chest X-ray (37.5% vs.40.0%, P = 0.849) .Hematologic and non - hematologic toxicity between two groups is similar.Conclusion: The CMCVM26 is a valid chemotherapy regimen to treat brain metastasis patients of non- small cell lung cancer.
