高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液在抗术中失血性休克的临床实验指标观察

目的通过临床实验室指标的观察，对高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液抗术中失血性休克的安全性进行探讨。方法选用我院手术适应证的患者23例，检测给药前、停药后24h的肝、肾、凝血功能，电解质及血常规，并检测停药后30min、60min、120min的K、Na、Cl及血常规。结果WBC、PLT、ALT、GGT、AST、AKP、TP、ALB、GLO、CREA、GLU、C02CP、UREA、APTT、PT、FIB用药后各时间点与用药前相比均无显著差别（P〉0．05），无统计学意义；Na、RBC、HGB在停药后30min、60min、120min有差别，但停药后24h无差别，HCT、K、Cl、TBIL、DBIL，停药后24h与用药前相比均有差别（P〈0．05）有统计学意义。结论用高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液治疗失血性休克，治疗期间未见实验室指标有明显异常改变，证明高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液是安全、可靠的。

Evaluation of Hypertonic Sodium Chloride Hydroxylethyl Starch 40 (HSS40) Safety on Anti-hemorrhagic Shock Using Laboratory Tests

Objective To evaluate safety of Hypertonic Sodium Chloride Hydroxylethyl Starch 40(HSS40)injection on anti-hemorrhagic shock by laboratory testing results.Methods 23 patients from our hospital suitable for surgery were selected.HSS40 was administered to each patient intravenously.Blood samples were drawn before administration and 30 minutes,60 minutes,120 minutes,and 24 hours post-administration.Liver function,renal function,coagulation function,electrolytes,and blood routine tests were performed and results analyzed.Results In regards to WBC,PLT,ALT,GGT,AST,AKP,TP,ALB,GLO,CREA,GLU,CO2CP,UREA,APTT,PT,FTB levels,no significant change was observed before and after HSS40 administration P>0.05);at 30 minutes,60 minutes,and 120 minutes,but not 24 hours post-administration,Na,RBC,and HGB levels significantly changed compared to those before administration.24 hours post-administration,HCT,K,Cl,TBIL,and DBIL levels significantly changed compared to those before HSS40 administration(P<0.05).Conclusions No critical and significant change on the performed laboratory test results was observed with HSS40 treatment of patients.From this perspective,HSS40 is safe to use for anti-hemorrhagic Shock treatment.
