脐尿管癌的螺旋 CT 增强表现

目的：探讨脐尿管癌的螺旋cT特点。方法：回顾性分析17例脐尿管癌的cT表现，包括病变部位、大小形态、内部结构和增强后改变、邻近结构的侵犯、淋巴结和远处转移。结果：6例位于膀胱前壁或顶壁，4例位于前腹壁，7例位于前腹腔。病变以不均匀密度为主，其中7例表现为中心低密度影，呈周边型强化。2例出现钙化。1例出现髂总淋巴结转移。结论：CT可以清楚显示病变部位、大小形态、内部结构和增强后改变，在诊断脐尿管癌中有重要价值，肿瘤部位、内部结构及增强后改变对诊断非常有帮助。

Spiral contrasted CT appearances of urachal carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the spiral CT characteristics of urachal carcinoma.Methods:The CT appearances of seventeen cases of urachal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed,included location,size and morphology,internal structure and change after enhancement,invasion of adjacent structure,nodal or distant metastasis.Results:Six cases invaded the wall of bladder,4 cases were located in anterior abdominal wall,7 cases were located in anterior abdominal cavity.Most lesions appeared as heterogenous intensity and 7 cases central lower intensity.There were 2 cases of calcification and 1 case of metastasis to common iliac lymph node.Conclusion:CT can clearly show the location,size and morphology,internal structure and change after enhancement,which is of importance in diagnosis of urachal carcinoma,especially,location,internal structure and change after enhancement are very helpful for diagnosis.
