| 摘 要： | 应用LSAB法对75例胃癌连续切片,检测ras和EGFR的表达.结果1.75例胃癌ras表达阳性率为46.7%,ras表达与胃癌的生长方式、分化程度、淋巴结受累和浸润深度呈明显正相关(P<0.05).2.EGFR表达阳性率为61.3%,癌旁组织、新生血管有阳性表达.EGFR表达与胃癌的大体类型、生长方式、分化程度、淋巴结受累和远处转移呈正相关(P<0.05).3.ras表达与EGFR表达有明显关系(P<0.05).结论:ras和EGFR的表达与胃癌的生物学行为呈正相关;提示两者表达的检测有助于判断胃癌的恶性程度和预后估计. |

| Abstract: | The expressions of ras and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) were examined in 75 cases of gastric cancer (GC) using immunohistological techniques. 1. The frequency of ras positive immunoreactivity was 35/75 (46.7%), and it had close relationship with the gross pattern, infiltration, differentiation, lymph node involvement and distant metastasis (P<0.05). 2. The positive rate of EGFR was 61.3%. Obvious associations were found between EGFR expression and gross type, growth pattern, degree of differentiation, lymph node and distant metastasis of GC. These indicated close relationship between ras and EGFR expressions and the degree of malignancy. |
