脑出血危险因素的病例对照研究

对哈尔滨市５家大医院脑出血住院病人，采用１：１配比病例对照研究，使用条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ模型进行研究。单因素分析结果提示：高血压病史，心脏病史，糖尿病，父母心血管病史、一级亲属发病人数，吸烟，收缩压和舒张压９个因素为脑出血的危险因素。多因素分析表明，高血压病史，心脏病脑出血的危险因素，另外，病例组一级亲属脑出血患病比例为５１／７７１＝６．６１％。

Study on case-control of Risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage

The risk factors for the cerebral hemorrhage were studied in 126 cerebral hemorrhage patients,who were examined by CT and 126 match controls.A conditional logistic model was used to calculate their OR (odds ratio).Univariable analysis showed that hypertension,heart disease.diabetes.parents stroke history.Patents cardiovascular disease history,first degree relatives.Patients and smoking are the risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage.Multivariable analysis showed that hypertension and heart disease are the risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage.OR of the two factors were estimated to be OR=8\^9156 and OR=3\^3624 respectively At the same time,we also founded that proportion of first degree relation patients in patient group is (51/771)6\^61%.
