| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨康复护理对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法:将100例患者随机分成康复组和对照组。2组均接受心衰常规药物治疗和护理,康复组在此基础上进行包括健康教育、心理疏导、饮食和体力运动训练等康复护理,进行为期3个月的临床追踪和观察。2组患者均在入院时和出院后3个月进行焦虑、抑郁评分和明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查测试,观察2组心理状态、生活质量评分。结果:干预前,康复组与对照组焦虑、抑郁评分和生活质量各项评分比较差异无统计学意义;干预后,2组患者焦虑、抑郁评分及生活质量各项评分比较,康复组均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理可改善CHF患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者对治疗的依从性,有效地改善患者的生活质量。
