| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨低分子肝素对妊娠期肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将52例妊娠期肾病综合征病人随机分为2组,一组加用低分子肝素治疗,另一组作为对照,观察2组病人24h尿蛋白定量、新生儿出生体重及Apgars评分情况。结果:2组病人尿蛋白定量、新生儿出生体重及Apgars评分均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:低分子肝素治疗妊娠期肾病综合征可明显降低尿蛋白定量,提高新生儿出生体重及Apgars评分。
