| 摘 要： | 目的研究超声诊断急性阑尾炎的声像图特征及其价值。方法对121例经手术证实的初诊疑似急性阑尾炎患者用高低频探头相互结合的方法,先用低频探头(频率:3.5 MHz)进行右下腹及全腹检查后,再改用高频探头(频率:7.5~10.0 MHz)反复扫查阑尾区,观察各类型急性阑尾炎的声像图表现,并与病理结果对照。结果超声诊断急性阑尾炎的准确性为88.0%。结论超声诊断急性阑尾炎为临床提供了一个直接、简便、安全的方法,可作为可靠的诊断依据。
