| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非上尿路积水型输尿管结石的超声诊断价值。方法适度充盈膀胱,沿输尿管走行方向扫查,采取不同的体位及相应的扫查方式,观察非上尿路积水型输尿管结石患者超声声像图表现。结果在超声确诊的243例输尿管结石患者中,50例(20.6%)为非上尿路积水型输尿管结石,全部经临床排石治疗后证实诊断。结论对临床有尿路结石症状及体征,尿常规检查中有血尿,但在超声检查中未出现典型图像的病人,应警惕非上尿路积水型输尿管结石的存在,检查时需耐心仔细,采取多体位,多角度的扫查方法,以减低漏诊率。
