中医药治疗妇女绝经后冠心病的研究进展

冠心病是临床常见的心血管疾病之一,临床流行病学研究表明,绝经前女性冠心病的发病率仅为男性的1/10～3/10,但绝经后妇女冠心病的发病率及死亡率比绝经前上升4～8倍,明显高于男性,绝经后妇女年龄每增加10岁,冠心病的死亡率增加7倍。随着我国人民生活水平的提高,老年人口的增加,正逐步进入老龄化社会,老年女性冠心病发生率随年龄增长而呈明显的上升趋势。因此,积极有效地防治老年女性冠心病对于增进女性健康、延长寿命具有十分重要的现实意义。现特将近年来的相关研究进行综合,以探索绝经后冠心病的更广泛的治疗途径。
