三味蒺藜散的抗炎、利尿和排石作用

目的探讨三味蒺藜散的抗炎、利尿和排石作用。方法采用二甲苯致小白鼠耳廓炎症和小白鼠棉球肉芽肿的动物模型,观察三味蒺藜散的抗炎作用;采用大鼠代谢笼法进行利尿实验;给予大鼠乙二醇和氯化铵,连续30 d,以形成结石模型进行排石试验。结果高、低剂量的三味蒺藜散对二甲苯所致的小白鼠耳廓炎症及小白鼠棉球肉芽肿有抑制作用,对大鼠有明显的利尿作用,给药组的大鼠结石形成率明显降低,且随着药物浓度的增高,排石作用显著。结论三味蒺藜散具有抗炎、利尿和排石作用。

Anti-inflammatory, diuretic and removing urinary calculus actions of Sanweijili powder

Objective It is to approach the anti-inflammatory,diuretic and removing urinary calculus actions of Sanweijili powder.Methods The anti-inflammatory action of Sanweijili powder was observed through external ear inflammation of mice induced by dimethylbenzene and cotton ball granuloma mice models.The diuresis experiment was observed with metabolic cage method of rats.The removing urinary calculus experiment was observed through rats were given glycol and ammonium chloride for 30 d consecutively to form calculus models.Results High and low doses of Sanweijili powder had inhibitory action to external ear inflammation of mice induced by dimethylbenzene and mice cotton ball granuloma,and had obvious diuresis action to rats.The calculus forming rate of rats in medication administration group was obviously lowered,and the removing urinary calculus action was significant along with drug concentration heightening.Conclusion Sanweijili powder has anti-inflammatory,diuretic and removing urinary calculus actions.
