综合疗法治疗重度直肠脱垂的临床疗效观察

为探讨综合疗法治疗重度直肠脱垂的疗效，回顾性分析采用综合疗法治疗7例重度直肠脱垂患者的临床资料。结果显示，采用直肠悬吊、盆底组织修补、盆底腹膜提高缝合、直肠黏膜下和两间隙注射消痔灵及肛门紧缩术治疗5例；在以上方法的基础上，再加乙状结肠折叠缝合缩短固定术治疗2例；所有病例术后均口服升阳举陷、益气固脱的中药辅助治疗，结果全部治愈，随访6～24个月，无复发。结果表明，综合疗法治疗重度直肠脱垂疗效确切，无后遗症。

Observation on the Clinical Therapeutic Efficacy of a Combined Therapy in the Treatment of Severe Rectal Prolapse

The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic results of the combined therapy（CT） in the treatment of severe rectal prolapse（SRP）. The clinical data of 7 patients with SRP who had undergone the CT were analized retrospectively. Of the 7 cases, 5 underwent a combined surgical treatment of rectal suspension,pelvic floor tissue repair, elevation ＆ suture of pelvic floor peritoneum, rectal submueous and 2-space injection of Xiaozhiling and anal tightening, while the rest 2 cases underwent an extra treatment of ＂ folding, suture and fixation of the sigmoid＂. All the 7 patients administered oral shengyangjuxian, yiqigutuo decoction（traditional Chinese durgs） postoperatively. As results,cure was achieved in all of the 7 cases,and no recurrence was found during the follow up of 0.5-2 years. It is concluded that combined therapy for severe rectal prolapse can ensure better therapeutic efficacy, no sequelae.
