肛周局部注射得宝松加中药外洗治疗肛周湿疹的疗效观察

为观察肛周局部注射得宝松（复方倍他米松注射液）加中药外洗治疗肛周湿疹的疗效，将92例肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各46例，治疗组采用肛周局部注射得宝松加中药外洗治疗，对照组采用派瑞松乳膏外用加中药外洗治疗，两组均以2周为一疗程。结果显示，用药2周后，治疗组痊愈39例，显效5例，好转2例．无无效病例，总显效率为95．7％（44／46）；对照组痊愈32例，显效8例，好转5例，无效1例，总显效率为87．0％（40／46）。治疗组近期疗效优于对照组，P〈0．05。6个月后随访，治疗组复发2例（4．3％）；对照组复发7例（15．2％）。治疗组复发率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，肛周局部注射得宝松加中药外洗治疗肛周湿疹起效快，疗效满意，简便易行，值得临床推广。

Perianal Local Injecting Compound Betamethasone Injection Accompanied with External Washing with Traditional Chinese Drugs in the Treatment of Perianal Eczema

The objective of the study was to investigate the therapeutic effict of perianal local injecting ＂DeBaoSong＂ （i. e compound betamethasone injection） accompanied with external washing with traditional Chinese durgs in the treatment of perianal eczema. The 92 patients were random divided into treatment group and controlled group. The treatment group received above-mentioned combined therapy, while the controlled group, taking PaiRuiSong（i. e compound econazole nitrate cream） to replace DeBaoSong. The treatment course of both groups was all 2 weeks. As results,after given above drug of 2 weeks in treatment group 39 cases got cure,5 excellent response,2 improvement,no non-response case was found,the excellent effective rate was 95. 7%（44/46）;in controlled group 32,8,5,1,87. 0%（40/46） respectively, thus the short-term effect of treatment group was superior to that of controlled group（ P 〈0.05）. The follow-up of 6 months showed recurrence： in treatment group,2 cases（4. 3%）;in controlled group,7 cases（15. 2%）, thus recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that of controlled group（ P〈0.05）. Results show that perianal local injecting DeBaoSong plus external washing with traditional Chinese drugs in the treatment of perianal eczema has such advantages as faster starting efficacy,satisfactory outcome and simple ＆ easy manipulation,thus it is worthy to be popularized clinically.
