丹栀逍遥散治疗伴抑郁的溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

为观察丹栀逍遥散对伴抑郁的溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的疗效，采用Zung抑郁自评量表进行测评，评分结果换算成抑郁严重度指数。从139例活动期UC患者中筛选出抑郁指数〉0．5者79例，随机分为治疗组40例，对照组39例，比较两组疗效。结果显示，治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为85．0％和64．1％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，伴有抑郁的UC患者服用丹栀逍遥散可提高疗效。

DanZhiXiaoYao San in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Accompanied with Depression：Observation on the Therapeutic Effect

The aim of this study was to observe the curative effect of DanZhiXiaoYaoSan（Ease Powder of Moutan Bark and Cape Jasmine Fruit） for ulcerative colitis（UC）. Authors adopted Zung Self-evaluated Depression Scale（SDS） to evaluate the relative situation of patients,then convereted the obtained rating score into severity indexes of depression;among 139 cases of active UC screened 79 cases who＇s depression indexes was 〉0.05,then randomly divided the 79 cases into treatment group （ n =40） and controlled group （ n = 39）,and compared the curative effects of both groups. As results, the total effective rate of treatment group and controlled one was 85.0% and 64.1% （ P d0.05）, respectively. Results show that for the UC patients with depression adding DanZhiXiaoYao San can increase their curative effect.
