| 摘 要： | 为探讨肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者的临床特点及护理方法，回顾分析42例肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者的临床特点及围手术期护理措施。结果显示，42例患者均治愈，无并发症出现。结果表明，术前做好心理护理，严格控制血糖，术后抗感染，健康宣教，监测血糖是确保肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者手术成功的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Authors analyzed retrospectively the data of 42 perianal abscess patients complicated with diabetes and nursing＇s measures on them so as to investigate the clinical features of the diseases and search for the nursing method. As results, the 42 patients were all cured without any complication. Results show that better preoperative psychological nursing, strictly controlling blood glucose, postoperative anti-infection, health education and monitoring blood glucose are the key ensuring successful operation for the patients with perianal abscess complicated with diabetes. |
