痛泻要方加味配合太宁栓治疗慢性溃疡性直肠炎临床观察

根据慢性溃疡性直肠炎的病因病机和中医辨证与辨病、整体与局部相结合的原则，采用自拟痛泻要方加味口服，配合太宁栓纳肛治疗慢性溃疡性直肠炎37例（治疗组），并与西药柳氮磺吡啶口服配合甲硝唑等保留灌肠治疗的38例（对照组）进行疗效比较。结果显示，治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为67．6％和100％；对照组分别为36．8％和94．7％。两组治愈率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。随访1年，治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为62．1％和86．5％，对照组治愈率、总有效率分别为21．1％和55．3％；两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结果表明，痛泻要方加味配合太宁栓治疗慢性溃疡性直肠炎具有较好疗效。

Self-designed Herbal Formula for Pain and Diarrhoea Associated with Titanoreine Suppository in the Treatment of Chronic Ulcerative Rectitis：Clinicai Observation

In order to search for a more effective therapy for chronic ulcerative rectitis （CUR） according to the principle on the combination of symptom ＆ sign differentiation and disease differentiation,the wholism and the parts,as well as on basis of the mechanism ＆ pathogenesis of CUR,author adopted oral self-designed herbal formula for pain and diarrhoca, added Titanoreine suppository to treat 37 cases of CUR（treatment group） ,and compared with another 38 cases who were subjected to oral SASP plus metronidazole etc. retention-enema （controlled group） in their curative effects. As results, curative rate,total effective rate of treatment group was 67.6% and 100% ,while that of controlled group was 36.8% and 94.7% ,respectively;in curative rate there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）,while in total effective rate there was not significant difference （ P〈 0. 05） between both groups. After one year in both groups above-data were 62.1 % and 86.5% vs 21.1% and 55.3% ,respectively,there all was very significant difference（ P 〈0.01） between both groups. Results show that the self-designed formula plus Titanoreine suppository for CUR has better therapeutic effect.
