| 摘 要： | 目的 对四川宜宾地区2型糖尿病患者进行证候和家系的研究,分析糖尿病的症状和家系分布特征.方法 采用175个四诊量表对宜宾地区38例2型糖尿病病人进行中医四诊调查,以及家系普查,用统计学分析证候以及肾虚证调查数据.结果 在38幅家系图中,有家系背景者占44.7%,进一步举出25项单个症状,及典型家系图加以说明之;无家系背景的肾虚总分和有家系的肾虚总分具有统计学差异(P<0.05);四诊总分和肾虚总分呈线性相关,回归方程为=7.598+1.163X.结论 糖尿病四诊症状总分和肾虚症状总分具有内在联系且和家系背景相关.
