环抱式接骨板与骨粘胶治疗四肢长骨干粉碎性骨折疗效评价

目的：评价环抱式接骨板与骨粘胶联合治疗四肢长骨干粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法：骨粘胶粘接骨碎块，环抱式接骨板固定骨折端，切开复位内固定治疗四肢长骨干粉碎生骨折35例，结果；35例38处上下肢骨干粉碎骨折，经1－2年随访，均在术后3个月内愈合，功能恢复良好，无接骨板断裂及再骨折。结论：该接骨板不钻孔，不用螺钉，对髓内血管及骨内膜无损伤，固定可靠，骨粘胶粘接强度大，粘接骨块可行，有止血护创等作用，两者联合应用，缩短了手术时间，但此法不适用于扁平骨及干骺段等不规则部位骨折，且取出此普通接骨板较难。

Reviewuation on the Effectiveness of the Encircled Bone Fracture Plate(EBFP) and the Bone Viscose for the Treatment of the Comminuted Fracture of Long Bones

Objective: To investigate the cause,incidence and the measures for prevention and management of complication of supracondylar fracture of the humerus.Methods: Of the 302 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus,the complication of 98 cases were analysed.ResultsVascular injuries occurred in 54 cases(55 1%),23 cases had nerve injury(23 4%),4 cases had infection(4 1%),14 cases had cubitus varus(14 3%) and 3 cubitus valgus(3 1%)Conclusion: Vascular injury was mostly caused by trauma from the fractured ends or compression of the brachial artery and nerve injury mostly caused contusion or compression on the nerve fibers.Incomplete debride could lead to infection.Cubitus varus mostly related to the ulnar deviation of the fracture and cubitus valgus was owing to incorrect reduction of fracture.Satisfactory reduction,good fixation and X rays reviewuation are key points for the prevention and treatment to prevent complication of supracondylar fracture of humerus.
