兰州市小学女教师生殖健康水平现况调查

目的了解兰州市小学女教师生殖健康水平,以便为广大的女教师、职业妇女提供行之有效的保健指导。方法通过妇检、盆腔B超等方法并结合问卷调查了解被研究对象的生殖健康水平。结果女教师的生殖健康不容乐观,生殖系统疾病的检出率较高,其中以子宫疾病(宫颈糜烂除外)患病率最高(53.7%),其次依次为宫颈糜烂(32.2%),阴道炎(29.9%),附件炎(26.4%);乳腺增生的患病率为45.1%。结论应当重视女教师的生殖健康,定期进行妇科疾病的普查普治和健康咨询,以提高女教师的生殖健康水平和自我保健意识。

The Investigation on Reproductive Health of Female Teachers in Primary School in Lanzhou city

Objective To know about reproductive system health of the female teachers in primary school in Lanzhou city.Methods Using general gynecological health examination methods and B ultrasound to know reproductive system health of the female primary school teachers.Results The reproductive health of female primary teachers is not optimistic.Reproductive system disease detection rate was higher.Uterine diseases prevalence was highest(53.7%).The second was breast disease(45.1%),the next was cervical erosion(32.2%),vaginal diseases(29.9%),appendagitis diseases(26.4%).Conclusion The current status of the female primary teachers' reproductive health should not be neglected.The general investigation of gynecological diseases and health consulation should carry out regularly for improving their reproductive health and self-health consciousness.
