2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血管病变危险因素分析

目的了解2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血管病变的危险因素。方法 2型糖尿病合并冠心病观察组与2型糖尿病未合并冠心病对照组均测定空腹血糖（FBS）、餐后2h血糖（PBS）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、糖化血红蛋白（GHbA_1C）、血压、体重指数（BMI）。结果 2型糖尿病合并冠心病组患者在FBS、PBS、GHbA_1C、高血压、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C方面与2型糖尿病未合并冠心病组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 FBS、PBS、GHbA_1C、高血压、TC、TG、LDL-C为2型糖尿病合并冠心病的危险因素。

Analysis of risk factors of vasculopathy in type 2 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease

Aim To explore the risk factors of vasculopathy in type 2 diabetic mellitus（T2DM）patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods The levels of plasma FBS,P2BS,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,GHbA1C,BP and BMI were detected from T2DM and CHD patients both in observation group and control group.Results The levels of plasma FBS, PBS,HbA1c,hypertension,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in patients of observation group showed insignificant difference than the control group.Conclusion The levels of plasma FBS,PBS,GHbA1C,hypertension,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C might be the risk factors for T2DM patients with CHD.
